Canada and back

I miss Canada!! But now that I’ve scratched that itch, I’m back here and pretty happy in Singapore. I was a little depressed initially but I pulled through and life is pretty good!

The weather in Calgary was lovely when we were there in July but Vancouver was awful. Disappointing especially since I was looking forward to seeing the beautiful mountains against the blue, blue skies while strolling around Stanley Park.I guess there is always another summer to look forward too.

Despite the family drama (typical when you have so many sisters), all was not lost as we had a great side trip to the Rockies. So I’ll leave you with this photo of beautiful Lake Louise. One of many stops we made along the way up in the Rockies.
